Tangshan Jinsheng Functional Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as Tangshan Jinsheng) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Kinseimatec Co., Ltd. Founded in 1947, Japan’s Kinseimatec Co., Ltd. (www.kinseimatec.co.jp) primarily engages in the processing and sale of materials such as welding electrodes, steel, castings, electronic components, and ceramics. The company’s headquarters are located in Osaka, Japan. In China, Tangshan Jinsheng Functional Materials Co., Ltd. was established in July 2002 as a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Suzhou Jinsheng Functional Materials Co., Ltd. was established in October 2003, also as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Tangshan Jinsheng Company is located within the Japan-funded Industrial Park in the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Tangshan City, 300 meters south of Huoju Road at the eastern end of the northern interchange of the city’s outer ring road. The company enjoys a superior geographic location and extremely convenient transportation access. It is 110 kilometers southwest to Tianjin Port, 150 kilometers from Beijing, and 125 kilometers east to Qinhuangdao. The city boasts a well-developed national highway network, as well as rail links connecting to Beijing-Shenyang to the northeast and to East China, South China, and Southwest China. The newly built Tangshan Port is situated midway between Tianjin and Qinhuangdao ports.
